LARC builds technologies and services that enable people to connect with each other, build communities, and grow businesses. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access and use of LARC, including our website, mobile applications, and other products, services, and features we offer (collectively, the "LARC Products" or "Products").

LARC Products are provided to you by LARC Inc. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LARC Inc. regarding your use of our Products. They supersede any prior agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, then do not access or use LARC or the other products and services covered by these Terms.

What Products do these Terms cover?

These Terms cover LARC's website, mobile app, and all related services including our employment system, job marketplace, employer dashboard, and candidate profiles. Where we expressly state that separate terms apply (for example, enterprise agreements or specific service addendums), those separate terms will apply in addition to or instead of these Terms.

LARC operates an online employment system that connects job seekers with employers. We provide a platform where:

• Job seekers can create profiles, apply to job postings, and manage their applications
• Employers can post job openings, review applications, and manage their hiring pipeline
• All users can access employment resources, career development tools, and market insights

Our platform is designed to streamline the employment process and make it more accessible to everyone. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or placement of any user.

No Guarantee of Services

We provide the LARC Products on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that your job application will result in an employment offer.

LARC Products include the following core features and functionality:

• Job Application System: Apply to jobs with your profile or customized applications
• Profile Management: Create and maintain your employment profile with work history and qualifications
• Application Tracking: Monitor the status of all your applications in real-time
• Employer Dashboard: Post jobs, review candidates, and manage the hiring process
• Notifications & Alerts: Receive updates about job matches, application status, and new opportunities
• Search & Discovery: Find jobs matching your skills, location, and career goals

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed to keep it accurate.

You agree to use LARC Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

• Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful material
• Engage in any form of discrimination
• Solicit personal information from other users
• Create false or misleading profiles
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or abuse
• Violate intellectual property rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls.

LARC and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the LARC Products. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the LARC Products solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LARC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The LARC Products are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

You may close your LARC account at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team.
